Love this yarn!

I saw this yarn in a catalogue and was immediately intrigued. I couldn’t wait for it to arrive. Then when I started stitching, I couldn’t put it down! It was so exciting to watch the yarn work it’s magic and the pattern come to life. Never have I completed a project so quickly! I wasn’t smart enough to coordinate the color ways, I just embraced what the yarn gave me

Magic yarn!

I love this yarn! It is amazing how the pattern just appears as you knit with no effort! I did have to unwind the yarn to get the fingerless gloves to be similar. The variety of color combinations is also great.

Easy to work with. No splitting.

I tried this yarn for the first time with a new pattern. Even though I had to frog some sections several times (pattern was not clear) the yarn worked wonderfully.

Not good for matching if project uses more than 1 skein

I did enjoy working with this yarn. The patterning is beautiful. My advice to anyone making an item requiring more than 1 skein is to not only check the lot numbers, but closely examine the colors. I order 2 skeins at the same time and received 2 with the same lot number. As you can see after I finished the body and unrolled the 2nd skein to match the patterning in the sleeves I discovered the colors were entirely different. The dark sage was teal and the charcoal had a blue tint. I have ordered skeins from other suppliers to try to find one that matches the sweater I started and have discovered the colors vary a lot.

Fun Yarn

I've used Woolease before but just discovered Fair Isle. Disappointed no more info about how to decide about patterns and number of stitches for pattern reveal.
Decided to just try a stockinette shawl and after some frustration about how any pattern might be appearing it became very cool, should be a cry striking shawl but would like more help with pattern options.

Great yarn! Even if you have to do a lot of frogging, like me.
