Margate hood

I have made a couple of these and people have asked me to make more. Miss placed pattern so just pulled up one. Got original pattern at Micheals

Buy enough yarn

The marble color yarn this features is considered a print, says two skeins. I bought two skeins of purple Martin, also a print. Except when I got to the end of the second skein it wasn't measuring 19". I went ahead and finished the hood, it is just smaller. I would say if you use the prints, buy 3 skeins. If you get the solid yarn there is more yardage and the measurement would probably come out all right. I would suggest that be a pattern correction. guess I will have to give this one to a child.
