My 40 year old daughter requested that I knit the Paix Throw in Go For Faux Comet (light grey and iridescent metallic highlights). I ordered 10 balls and cast on an extra 8 stitches. It came out soft and luxurious at 40" by 55". She's going to love it!

Your Average Knitter

I absolutely loved the way the Afghan looked, however, I found it very difficult to knit with the yarn. I’m an average knitter basically doing hats, scarves and blankets. The yarn (which is very fluffy) made it difficult for me to find the next stitch. I got very frustrated and so I am returning this for a refund. I was really hoping to love it!

Hello Michelle - the fluffy texture of this yarn does make it a bit harder to see the stitches! We recommend using a needle with a blunt tip so that you don't accidentally split the yarn, and using your fingers to help find the stitches as you go.

I bought the kit and made the throw. Love the yarn to knit with, very easy and works up fast. The throw is beautiful and considering making another. Have not washed it yet! Actually just finished knitting it.
