I love this pattern, made it once and received many compliments. I also made another cardigan with Chainette yarn. I was excited to make this one again, for a friend, in a different color. However, I was disappointed that chainette yarn was changed. It is now 35% nylon. I made a swatch. It does not have the same look and feel as the original. I wish I had not swatched it because the used skein could not be returned. I returned the rest of it. Please bring back the lovely original chainette.

Love this beautiful cardi kit!

I will be finishing my cardigan sweater in the next week and it's been a real pleasure knitting! The Chainette yarn is the softest wool I've worked with so far. It is beautiful! The pattern is easy to follow. I've enjoyed knitting it so much that I ordered the yarn in the pink color as well! I will post a picture on my Instagram when it's done and will tag lionbrandyarn.
