Crochet Kit - Extrados Tee

SKU: B70781

Extrados is an architectural term for the outer edge of an arch, which adds a bold detail to this classic tee. Worked in simple stitches and turned inside out, the ”wrong side” texture gives it a unique look.

Pattern Designer Information
Hello friend! I’m Janine, the maker behind Capital Crochet. I dabbled in crochet as a kid with scraps from my mother and grandmother, but picked it up seriously in 2014 so I could make cute hats and blankets for my newborn daughter. I eventually learned how to read a pattern, then started modifying them, and my love of designing blossomed from there! I enjoy creating patterns that look much more intricate than they really are. In 2019 I learned both knitting and Tunisian crochet as well, and I love that there are so many magical textures and unique patterns that can be woven with yarn, hooks and needles. Follow along with me on social media, and let’s make beautiful things together!

Soft and pretty

This pattern was easy to follow and came out very much as pictured. I made it in Thistle, and it is very flattering on me. I got several compliments on the motif at the bottom and sleeves.

Love Truboo yarn

This yarn is a dream to work with. Yes it can split a little but makes up beautifully. This pattern is so easy to follow and looks great when completed
