Raglan sweater

Loved how this sweater turned out! It fits so nice and cozy. The directions were clear. I wouldn’t say it’s an easy pattern (probably more intermediate) but maybe that’s because this is only the second sweater I’ve ever knitted. I made a dog sweater with extra skein of yarn I ordered.

Caught my eye!

I’ve always felt skeptical about fair isle patterns and doubted my competency. I thought this pattern looked like a fun challenge and it may be a bit of a cheat, but I thought if this yarn could look that good with half the hassle of changing colors gone, I’d give it a go!

up to date looking fair isle

modern look to fair isle pattern is not overwhelming to accomplish. Would like to see more sweater patterns and in men sizes for this yarn.I like that it breaks down # of balls for all 4 pieces so you can have wiggle room with fair isle yarn.

Simple sweater in a fun yarn

This pattern is for a basic raglan sweater. It's the self striping Wool-Ease Fair Isle yarn that makes it interesting. I really appreciate the fairisle look of the knitted fabric. Matching the sleeves to the body (which is totally optional!) with a self striping yarn like this is a bit of a challenge but worth the extra attention, in my opinion. I'm working on the second sleeve now and I'm very pleased with how this pattern is coming together. And it's a FREE pattern! Love it.
