Love making these fringe tops for birthdays and holidays. This pattern is fairly easy to follow just keep track of your row count. I wouldn't use a yarn with a bunch of color changes going on. May be hard to match the sides and the shoulders up. But a Mandala Yarn works beautifully. As well as the jeans yarn.
