Love Bamboo

I only buy bamboo needles anymore! I love the ease and comfortableness of these needles! They were fantastic with the chunky yarn I had for my most recent project!

Blanket

Due to serious illness and age I have been unable to knit for about 3 years. Like loosing a best friend. I have tried several times and just too shakey. I finally am feeling better and am enjoying the heritage blanket. Slowly and would NEVER put it up for inspection!! But I am satisfied. At almost 90 and 3 COVID cases along with some other things I want to thank you for giving me my friend back!

Ol’Reliable

The first circulars I ever used when I first started knitting was Takumi. They still work great, are readily available and are affordable. Sometimes they are slow but for the price and the lightness I still use these for my bulky knits.

Good In the Rounds for Afghan

I purchased the No. 15, 36-inch needles. While they work well to get a nice afghan together, I would definitely have found a slightly longer needle helpful. The thickness and stoutness of the needles makes it necessary to continually adjust the knitting to keep my knitting tight and moving. But overall, they meet the need nicely. Pro or con, having the needles fixed to the ends of the needles....hum, having used both types, fixed and screw-ons, I say that it is a pro.

Best circular needles

Clover Bamboo Takumi needles let me continue to knit. Using these are so much easier and comfortable in my hands than others. I do have one problem and that is I only get about four blankets out of one set as the plastic . Not being able to buy them in Australia, makes them a bit hard to pick up quickly. But for my hands, they are the best.
