This is now my favorite yarn to use for making crochet throw blankets. It drapes beautifully and I love the soft smooth texture. My sister loves her bday gift.
This is my new favorite Lion Brand yarn. It comes in beautiful colors, it’s soft, but durable, and every project I’ve made with it I’ve been happy with. I look foreword to making the Strawberries and Cream Lapghan kit that I bought to make for my best friend back east. She loves Strawberries and the kit includes this yarn. I’m hoping to make it as a Christmas present for her. As soon as I saw it I thought of her.
The yarn is nice to work with, but the white I ordered is a little thinner than the black. I am doing a herringbone pattern, and I just wish the white was the same thickness. I haven't been able to wash the yarn, so I don't know if the anti-pilling is worth the extra money yet.
I really like this yarn. It is soft and easy to work with, i.e. if I need to pull out some of my work, it is easy and fast to do so with out the threads tangling together and getting stuck. I am currently using it to make a temperature afghan.
This yarn is very easy & nice to work with. It stays together whenever I have to delete stitchesc or rows to correct mistakes. This is first time using Basic Stitch yarn. I will definitely use it in future. Project is not finished ascollar still needs to be worked.
