Soft and easy to work with

This was my first time using this yarn. I bought the Huntington Foliage to make a little stuffed chicken for a friend who is going through a rough patch. The yarn is so soft and was so easy to work with. I also bought a few other good "chicken" colors so I'm looking forward to trying those as well and I've got future ideas for some of the other colors. My only "complaint" might be that I'd like to see a bit more yarn in each skein, but other than that, I'm a fan.

Great chunky gauge yarn

I really enjoyed working with this yarn! Stitch used was the star stitch and it worked up beautifully. This larger gauge yarn is easier for me to handle and makes projects more enjoyable.

Beautiful yarn!

So soft and easy to work! No twisting or fraying. It’s perfect for the Messenger Bag pattern. I didn’t use a needle and thread. You can do all assembly with the yarn.

Yarn made a beautiful blanket but I found it hard to work with. Was also thicker than I thought it would be.

First yarn I ever knitted with. Now I'm a lion loyalist.

I picked up my first skein at a local big box store because I was drawn to the blue. I literally knew nothing about yarn, and I was actually getting it to learn how to knit. I started in January, and early this May I finished my first ever project, an owl shawl for my grandmother.

The colors are beautiful. The yarn is soft. Nd its delightfully thick. I'm addicted to lion brand yarn now
