Beautiful and Soft

I like this Red Heather yarn for this scarf by Lee Sartori in her book..Unofficial Taylor Swift Crochet. The Alpine Stitch looks great with this yarn. It really stands out. I like the stitch definition. I definitely will be getting more of this yarn.

Nice stitch deffintion

This yarn has nice stitch definition. I also like that it doesn’t split. The oatmeal color with black flecks makes a nice tweed look. It has a thickness which I like.
I know this is an unusual description, but the yarn feels dry in my hands. To me, is is not as elastic as other yarns.

Basic Stitch Anti-Pill Yarn - Great for Heirloom Pieces (like afghans)

“Basic Stitch” Anti-Pill worsted weight yarn was a great choice for my cabled pineapple Afghan. I chose this yarn because it is machine washable and dryable, and the anti-pill quality will keep it in good shape for a long time. I want the recipients (a couple who will be getting married next year, so I knit this as their wedding gift) to actually USE this afghan, not just store it in a hope chest. I picked Mustard because yellow is the bride’s favorite color. The yarn is soft, and easy to work with. Would definitely select again if I decide to make another afghan or “heirloom” type piece.

Lovely yarn

I’m new to crochet but I think this is my favorite type of yarn to work with so far. I got the crochet kit. Easy to work with. So soft. No pilling as stated! I’ve even gone to purchase more I have enjoyed working with it so much.

True to it’s word!

Not only is this yarn beautifully smooth, it does what it says & does not pill! I have only used it on the pictured blankets in conjunction with another, but I’m looking forward to working with it again to see how it does alone!

Great yarn.

Great yarn - soft with slight sheen. Easy to work. I've made a couple large scarves/wraps with it and hangs well and wears well.
