This is the first Jumbo yarn I have used and I am really happy with it to make the 'Wellness Weave' gifts I like to share around. These are Lapghan/Afghans that are just right to wrap around the shoulders or use as a lap blanket. I am really happy with the way 'Touch Of Alpaca Thick and Quick' knits up. I like the feel of it as I knit and the fact it actually knits up quicker than what I'm used to using. Very soft and cosy feel to it. The available colours are just right for the Afghan projects I am knitting. The price is so good as well. Great product Lionbrand.
I knitted a scarf and a pair of mittens using all 6 skeins of grey plus pink, maroon, and faux fur I bought from the Black Friday deal. It’s quick to work up and feels soft on skin, but boy the yarn sheds and my black pants were covered with yarn fuzz/lint.
This yarn knits up beautiful.. If you want a warm heavy blanket, this yarn is for you.

This is a very soft and easy yarn to work with. Made a squishy throw blanket with a bunch of colors. Knocking a star off because even though I should have checked, I was surprised by how little yardage the skeins had. That was on me, but I was hoping to make a project much bigger than what I ended up with.
I love how soft this yarn is and it’s easy to work with. The range of colors also make it versatile for many different projects. I use it a lot to make thick, warm mittens!
