Fun hat to learn

I loved the colors on this hat, so when my mother-in-law asked for a slouchy hat I thought of this one right away. My MIL picked the bluer version of this Landscape yarn, but it came out lovely. I enjoyed learning the wrap and turn with this project and I think it will help me with socks in the future when I try them. The seven sections end up forming the dome of the hat that you stitch together at the end, which creates a nice pinwheel style design. I would suggest a supplementary video for w&t on the wrong side for garter stitch though.
