Best super chunky yarn!!

I love Wool Ease thick n quick because it’s great yarn and comes in a whole array of colors and patterns. Warm and cozy. Plus, you can whip up a blanket in a snap. I’ve never had any problems with it, and heartily recommend it. 😊

Consistently great yarn

I have made multiple projects with Wool Ease Thick & Quick, including the most recent - a large blanket made with the colors Fisherman, Petrol Blue, Air Force, Seashell, and Hydro. It never disappoints; easy to work with, soft, and makes a wonderfully warm blanket.

Wool Ease Thick & Quick Yarn

, I am not a fan of Super Bulky Weight yarn. It was very hard on my hands to crochet with (caused pain). But it was what the pattern used so I followed. I was very pleased that after weaving in my ends, that they did stay in place. Blanket came out very heavy but I am in love with it. Worked up fast, took less than a month to make and that was with waiting for yarn shipments. Holds up to it's name "Thick & Quick". Is warm, A few knots but not enough to even remember specifically and I went through 34 skeins! Seems to be a bit scratchy feeling, which is weird since it is only 20% wool. There was no splitting of the yarn strands or unraveling as I had to frog my work a few times. There was one skein whose strand thinned out so much it became more of a worsted weight so I had to snip that section out. But again I used 34 skeins and only 1 skein had an issue with so that's pretty consistent yarn! Especially since I bought them from 3 different retailers! Oh and not all the same dye lot but pretty darn consistent!

Soft on my hands and quick off my needles

I loved using this yarn to make the Even Easier Eyelet Sweater. It did work up very quickly and was very comfortable to wear. I have to say I was surprised at the amount of color that transferred to my bamboo needles (I used the Bluegrass color) and that bled into the water at blocking, but it did not change the color of the yarn and I have not had any further bleeding after the first soak.

Great texture

I love this yarn. I normally work with 100% acrylic. This yarn was so smooth to crochet and did not hang up or split. Will buy again.

I love this yarn! 🧶🥰

I keep using this yarn over and over for so many different chunky items. It washes and dries beautifully. This time I made little coats for my 2 and 4 year old granddaughters. Hats with a big crocheted flower on the side too, but didn’t get a pic of those. (Of course, I put FROZEN themed buttons on them!)
