Arrowhead Lace (multiple of 10 sts plus 1)

Note: this is a generic pattern for creating this stitch pattern. For a single repeat, it would be 10 stitches plus an additional stitch. In the example shown, there are three repeats of the stitch, so to make the same, you need to cast on 31 stitches (3 x the 10 multiple plus the 1 extra stitch.)

Row 1 (WS) Purl. 
Row 2 K1, *[yo, ssk] twice, k1, [k2tog, yo] twice, k1; rep from * to end. 
Row 3 Purl. 
Row 4K2, *yo, ssk, yo, sl 2 knitwise-k1-p2sso, yo, k2tog, yo, k3; rep from *, end last rep k2. 
Rep rows 1-4.
